Women: Waves of Change shares the story of women, past and present, who were and are foundational in the formation and development of Naperville and beyond. The exhibit commemorates the 100th anniversary of Women’s Suffrage, with a focus on local history, and with an eye toward framing it within a larger story of the different ways women have advocated for issues - throughout the past century and a half. The exhibit showcases a national narrative as the backdrop and highlights women's stories from Naperville. Featuring fun cultural touchstones and artifacts, Women: Waves of Change will discuss how the community fits into different larger movements and trends.
