WOMEN: Waves of Change
August 26 to December 2020 | Exhibit entry begins at 1:00 PM with timed ticket reservations every 15 minutes | Free with museum general admission (please see below for more information on how to add an exhibit viewing to your general admission purchase).
Women: Waves of Change shares the story of women, past and present, who were and are foundational in the formation and development of Naperville and beyond. Women: Waves of Change will commemorate the 100th anniversary of Women’s Suffrage, with a focus on local history, and with an eye toward framing it within a larger story of the different ways women have advocated for issues - throughout the past century and a half. The exhibit will show a national narrative as the backdrop and highlight women’s stories from Naperville. Featuring fun cultural touchstones and artifacts, Women: Waves of Change will discuss how the community fits into different larger movements and trends.
To add an exhibit viewing, visitors must first add a general admission ticket to their cart. Once added to the cart, please select the CONTINUE SHOPPING button to choose timed entry add-ons including exhibit viewings.
