"Kathryn Holler taught at Ellsworth School for 39 years, with 16 years in the 4th grade and 23 years in 3rd grade. She took three years off when her daughter was born. She retired from teaching in 1973. In 1988, Ellsworth School was dedicated in her honor because of her long and caring teaching service to the children of the east side of Naperville. She was a member of the First Congregational Church of Naperville for more than 60 years, a member of the DuPage and Illinois Retired Teachers Associations, a part of the Naperville Heritage Society, and served as a volunteer at Edward Hospital for many years. She passed away in 2013."
